One takes hands-on approach to staff welfare

An unusual addition has been made to the list of benefits offered to members of the One team.

One has employed the services of professional Reflexologist and Reiki Master Rosemary Plunkett.

Rosemary visited the agency’s Manchester offices for one-to-one sessions with people from the One advertising, PR and digital teams, all paid for by the company.

And they proved so popular further reflexology sessions are being planned.

The sessions are just one of a series of staff-focused initiatives being introduced by One for 2010.

The agency is offering a new bonus scheme, flexible working patterns, social events, a comprehensive training and CPD programme tailored for PR, digital communications, advertising, graphic design and admin staff, plus a number special one off perks such as allowing every member of staff an extra day’s holiday on their birthday.
